For all international students every semester before the beginning of studies a Welcome Week is held. It is organised to help international students to settle down and get acquainted with life in Jelgava and studies at LLU. The Week consists of sessions concerning academic and practical issues, library, Student Union, life in Jelgava, as well as social events and trips are organised.
