Along with the snow covered green branches of fir trees, the light of candles and the smell of gingerbread in Jelgava Palace, on December 14 from 13.00 until At 16.00, the Latvian University of Life Sciences and Technologies - LBTU Christmas market will take place, which surprises every year with unique creations and delicious products. We invite the LBTU family, Jelgava city residents and anyone interested to visit it.

In the foyer of the spiral staircase, hard-working needlewomen, craftsmen, housewives and owners, or students and employees of our university, who create small miracles in their free time, putting the warmth of their hearts, will offer their products. Every visitor will find special Christmas gifts for family members, relatives, friends and colleagues, as well as for themselves.

This year, the range of offers at the Christmas market will be quite wide and colorful - homemade eco soy wax candles (also in clay and glass containers), greeting cards, gift envelopes and bags, self-picked and dried teas, gingerbread, linen dresses, natural cosmetics, sheep farming products and multifunctional balms, garlic, raspberry and quince powders, raspberry juices and jams, plant flower waters, jewelry, paintings, galettes with various garnishes, as well as other treats and goodies. In addition, the LBTU Student Business Incubator "HatchUp" will organize the "Where to eat in Jelgava?" lottery.

In addition, visitors to the fair will also be able to visit the Jelgava Castle Museum, where an exhibition of gingerbread products will be on display from December 9.
