In order to fulfill our vision, we are looking for:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deliver new innovation strategies with new technologies and solutions that can become agronomic revenue streams. Feasibility analysis, reporting to board of directors and practical execution of confirmed projects.
• Partner and collaborate with internal product managers to identify customers’ needs and expectations. Innovation manager will support product development through agronomic and practical advices, with innovative approach to aim sustainable farming, reduce emission, yet maintaining and increasing business efficiency.
• Collaborate with the product managers on developing opportunities that may drive research priorities and/or focus on new/existing products;
• To keep organization informed about the agricultural innovations being explored and implemented at the agricultural scientific centers and institutions, innovation hubs around the world. To analyze EU resources for agricultural innovation support in business.
• Test new products and projects in the field and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously look for new technological solutions for transitioning customers and business itself in the adoption of regenerative agro practices.

QUALIFICATION:

We are seeking exceptional professional with relevant agricultural or scientific field. The Innovation Manager will need to quickly understand and assess new technologies, so a robust understanding of agronomy and applied science will be critical.

• Master’s or bachelor degree in agricultural technology or biotechnology;
• Strong agricultural work experience designing or implementing agricultural technologies
• desired;
• Project management experience;
• Experience working with EU funding projects would be an advantage;
• Languages: English required, Russian – desirable.
